Mail-In Bat Rolling Service

Professional bat rolling machine - Limit Break Diamond

Ship your composite bat to us for a professional mail-in bat rolling service. Composite bats take 1,500 to 3,000 quality swings before they reach peak performance — our mail-in bat rolling compresses that entire break-in window to minutes, giving you a fully broken-in barrel from your very first swing. Ship in from anywhere in the U.S., or drop off locally in Prosper, TX (DFW metro).

How mail-in bat rolling works with us: Order online → ship your bat to our Prosper, TX shop → we roll and compression-test it → we ship it back with a documented before/after report. Turnaround is 3–5 business days from the day it arrives.

What Is Bat Rolling?

Bat rolling applies controlled compression to the composite barrel using a professional rolling machine. The process simulates hundreds of impacts by flexing the barrel fibers in all directions - perpendicular passes first to loosen the hoop fibers, then parallel passes to simulate real swing compression. The result is a barrel with a looser, more responsive fiber matrix and noticeably better trampoline effect.

Choose Your Roll Level

Standard Rolling — $45

Room-temperature progressive compression passes. Thoroughly breaks in the barrel. Typical drop: 35–80 lbs.

✓ Tested within sanctioned compression limits — USSSA / BBCOR / USA / Fastpitch.

Heated Rolling — $55

Max Performance

Controlled heat applied before each pass, opening the fiber matrix more deeply. Maximum sanctioned break-in performance. Typical drop: 50–120 lbs.

✓ Tested within sanctioned compression limits — passes tournament testers.

Standard (3–5 days): $55 · Rush (1–2 days): $75

⚡ Kaio-Ken Rolling — $70

Free Compression Testing With Every Order

Every bat rolling order includes a free before-and-after compression test using our G4 SSL certified tester - the same standard used by league officials. You receive the actual compression numbers so you can see exactly what changed.

The Proof Is in the Numbers

Fresh premium composite bats typically test 380–450 lbs compression from the factory. After a Heated Roll, that number drops to roughly 260–320 lbs — well within sanctioned compression limits (USSSA min 240 lbs, ASA 240 lbs). Lower compression means more flex, better trampoline effect, more distance. These are measured and documented on every bat we process.
