What Is Bat Rolling?
Bat rolling applies controlled compression to the composite barrel using a professional rolling machine. The process simulates hundreds of impacts by flexing the barrel fibers in all directions — perpendicular passes first to loosen the hoop fibers, then parallel passes to simulate real swing compression. The result is a barrel with a looser, more responsive fiber matrix and noticeably better trampoline effect.

The Proof Is in the Numbers
