- Intake inspection and photography — we document your glove before we touch it
- Premium conditioning oil treatment — professional leather conditioner applied by hand, penetrating naturally without damaging fibers
- Mechanical press pocket shaping — forms the pocket to your specified style using controlled mechanical pressure
- Mallet work on web and heel — detailed hand-shaping to form the web structure and heel break
- Protective conditioning seal — final conditioner pass to protect and preserve the leather
- Wrapped for return — returned in closed position around a break-in ball to hold shape in transit
