Service Agreement & Waiver

By placing an order with Limit Break Diamond, a brand of Limit Break Ascend Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Limit Break Diamond provides: bat rolling (standard and heated), glove break-in (steam + press), and compression testing.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Void

Bat rolling and glove break-in services permanently void the manufacturer’s warranty. You are making an informed, voluntary choice knowing this. Limit Break Diamond is not affiliated with any bat or glove manufacturer.

3. Non-Refundable Service

All services are non-refundable once performed. If your item arrives and we determine it is not suitable for the requested service, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Risk of Damage

Composite bats and leather gloves can contain pre-existing internal defects not visible externally. Rolling may cause a bat with internal damage to crack. We photograph every item before beginning service. Our liability is limited to the service price paid — not the replacement value of the equipment.

5. Customer Representations

You are the legal owner of the equipment. You understand that some leagues prohibit rolled bats in sanctioned play. It is your responsibility to verify your league’s rules.
