Our bat rolling service compresses that entire break-in window to minutes — delivering a fully-broken-in barrel from your very first swing, with documented before-and-after compression numbers to prove it.

Choose Your Roll Level
Room-temperature progressive compression passes. Thoroughly breaks in the barrel fiber matrix. Best for USSSA, USA, and most composite models. Typical compression drop: 35-80 lbs. Passes compression testing.
Controlled heat applied before each rolling pass, opening the fiber matrix more completely. Maximum sanctioned break-in performance. Recommended for two-piece composite designs. Typical compression drop: 50-120 lbs. Passes compression testing.
Our most aggressive process — roughly 10-15% hotter and firmer than Heated Roll. A temporary power multiplier for the barrel. Typical compression drop: 120-200 lbs.
WILL NOT pass compression testing. Intended for home run derbies, backyard exhibitions, retired bats, and non-sanctioned events only. Not for tournament or league play. Order requires acknowledgment of our Disclaimer, Consent & Release — league legality is your responsibility.

- We roll, test, and ship back within your chosen turnaround window
- Your bat returns fully broken in with your compression report inside the box

Not compatible with one-piece aluminum or alloy bats.
