Two Ways to Skip Shipping Locally
Option 1 — Local Pickup at Checkout NEW
At checkout, pick “Pick up” instead of shipping — $0 shipping. Once your gear is ready, I'll text you to arrange a convenient meetup spot in the Prosper area — usually a shopping center parking lot or park near you. Willing to travel further? Just text me at (972) 433-5618 and we'll work it out. No driving to my address, no exchange in a driveway. Easy hand-off, done in 5 minutes.
Option 2 — UPS Store Drop-Off + Hand-Delivery Back
Prefer to drop and forget? Leave the bat/glove at The UPS Store, PMB 514 (details below). I check it daily. When the work's done, I hand-deliver it back to the address you entered at checkout (Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, or Little Elm).
Both save you shipping cost and a couple days off the total turnaround compared to the mail-in service. Pick whichever fits your day better.

Just walk in and tell the staff at the front desk you're leaving something for mailbox 514. They'll set it aside and I'll pick it up on my next daily run.
Important — the UPS Store requires drop-offs to be in a box or package.
They won't accept a bare bat or glove. A shoe box, bat sleeve, or any small shipping box works. If you don't have one, the UPS Store sells boxes on-site. Include a note with your order number, name, and phone.
Why no-contact? My kids all play baseball around Prosper — keeping the operation low-profile out of the dugout. Works out well since I check the mailbox daily anyway.
How It Works
- Place your order online first. Pick your service level and rush option at bat rolling or the glove service page. Payment is captured up front so I can start work the moment the bat/glove arrives.
- At checkout, enter your local return address (your home, gym, or wherever's easy for delivery back to you). Then select "Free Shipping" as the shipping method - there is no charge, and I'll hand-deliver to the address you entered.
- Include a note in the bag with your order number, name, and phone. If you're bringing more than one item, list them.
- Bag or wrap the bat/glove in something soft. The mailbox can bang gear around - a bat sock or an old t-shirt saves the grip.
- Drop it off at the UPS Store, PMB 514.
Turnaround
- Standard: 3–5 business days from the day I pick it up at the UPS Store
- Rush (+$20): 1–2 business days
You'll get a text when I collect it from the mailbox, and another text when the work is done and I'm bringing it to you.
Return Delivery
I hand-deliver locally to the address you entered at checkout — usually the same day or next day after service is complete. No shipping cost, no waiting for USPS.
If your address is outside the local delivery range (Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Little Elm), I'll let you know and we can arrange pickup back at the UPS Store or a standard USPS Priority return ship.
Not Local?
No problem — the standard mail-in service works nationwide. Ship your bat/glove to the same PMB 514 address using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and I'll return via USPS Priority (return shipping included in the service price). Full details on the How It Works page.
