  • Kaio-Ken Roll — $70 (rush $90). Our most aggressive tier. Typical drop: 120–200 lbs. WILL NOT pass compression testing. Exhibition and home-run derby only.

Which Bats We Mail-In Roll

We roll all composite-barrel baseball and softball bats:

  • BBCOR — high school and college baseball
  • USSSA 1.15 BPF — travel and tournament baseball
  • USA Baseball — Little League and youth
  • Fastpitch softball — ASA / USA / USSSA / NCAA
  • Slowpitch softball — USSSA / USA / NSA / ISA
  • Double-barrel bats — DeMarini The Goods, Louisville Slugger Meta, etc.
  • Senior softball

All major brands: Louisville Slugger, Easton, DeMarini, Rawlings, Marucci, Axe, Warstic, Anderson, Miken, Worth, Adidas, Combat, and more.

Packing Your Bat for Shipping

  • Bubble wrap the barrel — two layers minimum
  • Use a bat sleeve or long box — USPS Priority Mail large flat-rate box fits most bats (~$22)
  • Skip the packing peanuts — they shift in transit and add nothing to protection
  • Tape all seams — several passes of packing tape on all edges
  • Include your order number in the box (write on the label, or slip in a small note) so we can match your bat to your order the second it arrives
  • Add tracking — USPS and UPS both include tracking by default; keep the receipt

Mail-In Bat Rolling FAQ

How does mail-in bat rolling work?

You order online, ship your composite bat to our shop in Prosper, TX. We perform the compression roll (Standard, Heated, or Kaio-Ken), run a G4 SSL certified before/after compression test, and ship your bat back with a full report. Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from the day your bat arrives; rush is 1-2 business days for an extra $20.

How much does mail-in bat rolling cost?

Services start at $45 for a Standard Roll, $55 for a Heated Roll (maximum sanctioned performance), and $70 for a Kaio-Ken Roll (exhibition-only). Return shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground is included in the service price. You cover the inbound shipping to get your bat to us.

Where do I ship my bat?

After you order, you'll receive an order confirmation with our full shipping address in Prosper, TX (DFW metro). Ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking so both you and we can follow the package.

Do you provide a prepaid shipping label?

No, you cover the inbound shipping (typically $10-15 via USPS Priority Mail). Return shipping back to you IS included in the service price. This keeps our pricing lower for local drop-off customers and is standard across the mail-in bat rolling industry.

Which bats do you mail-in roll?

BBCOR, USSSA 1.15 BPF (baseball and softball), USA Baseball, ASA / USA Softball fastpitch, double-barrel bats, senior softball, and slowpitch. We roll all major brands including Louisville Slugger (Meta, Atlas, Solo, Select), Easton (Ghost, Alpha ALX, Hype), DeMarini (The Goods, Voodoo, CF, Zen), Rawlings (Icon, Clout Ai, Quatro), Marucci (CATX, LAB, Posey28), Axe, and Warstic.

What bats can NOT be rolled?

One-piece aluminum bats (they have no composite barrel to compress) and hybrid bats with aluminum barrels. Wood bats obviously can't be rolled. Little League Tee Ball bats are usually pointless to roll. If you're not sure, email us before ordering.

How do I pack my bat for shipping?

Wrap the barrel in two layers of bubble wrap. If you have the original box or a bat sleeve, use it. USPS Priority Mail large flat-rate boxes fit most bats and cost about $22. Avoid packing peanuts (they shift). Tape all seams.

Will my rolled bat pass compression testing?

Yes for Standard and Heated Roll tiers - we tune each bat to remain within USSSA (240 lbs minimum) and BBCOR sanctioned compression limits. The Kaio-Ken Roll is an exhibition tier and will NOT pass compression testing; it's for home run derbies, backyards, and non-sanctioned play only.

How long does mail-in bat rolling take?

Standard: 3-5 business days from the day your bat arrives at our shop. Rush add-on ($20): 1-2 business days. Plus inbound and return shipping - typically 2-4 days each way via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. So total door-to-door is usually 7-10 business days for standard, 5-6 for rush.

Do you offer a warranty on mail-in rolled bats?

Manufacturer warranties are typically void once a bat is rolled - this is true of any bat rolling service, not just ours. If you're unsure whether to roll a bat still under warranty, we recommend waiting until after the warranty period. We stand by our work and will re-roll a bat at no charge if the compression drop is not what our before/after test documented.
